Summer Training 2016

I have 4 marathons left this year! I’m so excited and so nervous.

This is my schedule for the fall:

  • Quebec City Marathon – August 28
  • Patagonia Marathon (Chile) – September 24
  • Cape Cod Marathon – October 29 (my 10th marathon in less than 2 years!! – all for schools ❤
  • NYC Marathon – November 6

This summer, I’ve been running in Brooklyn Heights, Park Slope and Coney Island a lot. I enjoy running early in the morning before going to work. Makes me feel so good. During weekends, I usually do my long runs on Saturday early mornings.I’ve been struggling a little bit with plantar fasciitis and this week I didn’t run much. But I’m hoping to get better soon and go out and run. My next marathon is in 3 weeks!!! So pumped!

Here are few pictures from my running’s.

Last weekend, I ran to Coney Island, dipped my feet in the Atlantic Ocean, then ran back home.

20 miles done!

I’m spending hours running and training, and it’s so exhausting sometimes. But my dream is giving me so much energy and strength.  And I will not stop until we raise the money and build our schools. ❤ ❤ ❤
