Nashville Marathon, 2016
Nashville marathon is DONE! 7th marathon for #run2buildschools!!!
It was one hard marathon. I got really sick around mile 18. Terrible lower back pain that it turned out later to be kidney stones. Yarrr…kidney stones are PAINFUL. Not fun at all. I ended up jogging/walking last 6 miles. To have my mom and dad there with me was exactly what I needed! I had my worst time but I was still so HAPPY to finish! We raised more than $1000 running this marathon!
Thank you SO MUCH everyone for all the donations and support!!! ❤ ❤ ❤
Me happy at the end! I wrote that little “poem” right before the marathon. I got inspired by Dr. Seuss. 🙂
My mom, dad and I wearing run2buildschools bracelets! I love this so much.
The back of my shirt!! Every race I run, I am wearing a run2buildschools shirt that has all donors on the back. I keep my donors in my heart every step I take!!! I could never do what I do without my donor’s support! ❤
My ice bath tradition after I run a marathon! It helps me heal so fast!
THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART FOR YOUR SUPPORT AND DONATIONS!!! ❤
Congratulations👍👍👍

Hi Dan, ice baths really work for me! I feel much better after I take them. Muscles are less sore and legs just feel so much better!
